Alongside comedy, Chris works as an A&E nurse in central London, bringing the chaos, compassion, and absurdity of frontline NHS life into his material. His comedy blends deeply personal stories with observational humour, drawing on experiences of working in emergency medicine, growing up in the strict world of the Jehovah’s Witness faith, and navigating life as a gay man after leaving the religion. Audiences often describe him as “the gay best friend you always wanted” and “impossible not to like.”

In 2024, Chris enjoyed successful runs at both the Edinburgh and Cambridge Fringe Festivals with the acclaimed split bill show Bent Double, alongside comedian John Pape.

In Spring 2026, Chris performed at the Soho Theatre as part of Soho Labs and the Soho Showcase after developing his work under the mentorship of acclaimed comedian and director Esther Manito.

In 2026, Chris continues developing his highly anticipated debut solo show, Jehovah’s Witness for the Prosecution, a bold, funny, and deeply personal exploration of faith, sexuality, and survival inside the Jehovah’s Witness organisation. The show has already generated significant buzz on the comedy circuit, with sold out work in progress performances at Brighton Fringe, appearances at Leicester Fringe, and upcoming dates at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
